Care and Use
Wash before first use. Place the board fully on a stable counter. Hand wash both faces with mild soap and a non-abrasive sponge, rinse, and dry promptly; do not place in an oven, microwave, or over direct heat. Steel can show knife marks and water spots, while the composite side can show cuts over time. Do not use if layers separate, the board warps, or edges become damaged.
